... are not only united in life but also in our art. It all started when two artistic souls met and motivated each other to display their artistic side, which had remained in hiding for a long time, in public.

artcoon 2004

This resulted in the group of artists artcoon at the beginning of 2004, the artist couple artcoon in 2006 and finally the marriage of the artist couple Goller/Masalin in 2007. It has not gone unnoticeable by a good many people that we cannot be forced into some pigeon-hole or stereotype relating to some trend in art. We follow our artistic drive intuitively and honestly without having to consider the usual restrictions of the art world such as gallery owners or critics.

We are free

Numerous different events, trends, happenings and projects have resulted from this. We enjoy being swept along by ideas and visions. Whether presenting a huge event, sculptures and objects, photography or paintings, our own radio programmes, art for kids, new media art, space installation, directing, the artistic management of a theatre project, lyric performances with sounds, our own books or something completely new. It is just this integration of different artistic disciplines which leads to new thinking such as our worldwide art project "Kansa".

By our own efforts

Wealth and the materialistic values of this world are of little interest to us. We lead a simple life. We implement our ideas mainly by our own efforts and are pleased with the interest shown and the support provided by well-known contacts and institutions. We organise our top quality events without having to allow ourselves to be restricted by third parties.

International cultural exchange

We went through a hard school when we stepped into the public art world - envious people, parasites and know-alls. For this reason we use our success to support unknown artists and integrate them in our international cultural exchange projects.

Holzwiesen (woods and meadows)

We live in a natural paradise at the edge of the woods of Niederduerenbach-Holzwiesen. A place where even non-creative people would probably discover their creativity sooner or later. Trees, lush, green meadows and a campfire by the water. This secluded way of life gives us the strength and peace to discover anew again and again. Regardless of what we do we are always drawn back to our home within a short time; to our life with Nico, Kaijaki the cat and the two vigilant Standard Schnauzers Perro and Columbus - to Holzwiesen.

We follow our creative processes and ideas as regards the art world with respect but without fear of what people think. We have found the place and the appropriate surroundings at the foot of Castle Olbrueck in order to be happy. The Finnish feeling for living combined with a piece of Germany.
